The physical strength, hardness and elasticity of the modified polypropylene can be significantly improved to meet requirements of temperature, pressure and chemical corrosion resistance.
Chamber plates can be solely used as “chamber plate pack”, or be mixed with membrane filter plates to form a mixed “membrane plate pack”.
Geetly's chamber plates are moulded with pressing forces up to 4000 tons and 160℃mold temperature, which is unique for this kind of moulding technique. These processing conditions maintain the high physical property profile of our materials of construction.
