Geetly High pressure membrane filter press adopts PLC
control to automatically carry out following steps:
1.Closing the filter plate pack
2.Filling up the filter press
3.Filtration to form filter cakes
4.Core wash to remove the mother liquid from core of cakes
5.Pre-squeeze to form uniform cakes ( before corner wash)
6.Corner wash (one step or multistep)
7.Final squeeze with high pressure water or compressed air
8.Cake drying by blowing compressed air from corner
9.Core blow from end to bring feed eye slurry to feeding tank
10.Open plate pack and shift plate for cake discharge.
11.Cloth washing when filter cloth is dirty
Above all steps, relavent valves, pumps and auxiliary equipments will act according programed sequence.
